Returns and Exchanges
It's ok if you didn't love everything you ordered - we still love YOU!
We have a 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return for a refund or store credit. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, hygiene liners and in its original packaging. You may exchange items for a different size or a different item. Accessories including bags, scrunchies and scarfs are Final Sale. All orders outside of the USA are Final Sale.
Return and Exchange Options
Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect size for an exchange is on us!
You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received your item.
Returns for Online Credit
When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back. You will receive your refund or store credit via email as soon as we've received your item. Online credits are valid indefinitely.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com. immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. Accessories including bags, scrunchies and scarfs are Final Sale. We do not accept returns of gift cards or orders outside of the USA.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
