Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New launches may add additional days to the processing time. Orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.
For all orders, please allow 4-6 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, an estimated shipping date will be provided in the product description.
Nua swimsuits are made with the the highest quality and most luxurious recycled and/or sustainable fabrics we could get our hands on. To keep your Nua swimsuit in amazing shape please follow our care instructions:
∘ Hand wash only in cold water, use a mild detergent or simply water.
∘Hang dry in the shade
∘Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
∘Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
∘Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
High amounts of chlorine can ruin your swimsuit, make sure to wash immediately after use
∘Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain or damage your swimsuit
Nua Swim does not take back wash or worn items.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@nuaswim.com with your Name, Order number, and a quick description of the issue - with pictures if possible! We will get take care of it ASAP!
